HR Business Partner to work as part of a change project team on temporary contract in Bournemouth
Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who has a background of organisational change, restructuring and redundancy to work as part of a HR Project team for an initial 2-3 month contract via Hays in Bournemouth.
You will be supporting managers with organisational restructuring, redundancy and 1-to-1 consultation meetings.Candidates
Were seeking experienced HR Business Partners who have a background of organisational change within complex unionised environments.
- Experienced in providing support and guidance to managers on all aspects of change
- Experience of undertaking 1 to 1 consultation meetings with employees
- CIPD level 5/7 and preferably MCIPD
Working via Hays on a temporary contract basis online time sheets
2-3 months
3 days per week on site in Bournemouth
