Your new role

As HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, maintain accurate records and assist with a wide range of HR and payroll processes. You will also be expected to assist other areas of the team, such as recruitment and learning and development.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring previous experience in HR support or administration, along with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You’ll be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, able to handle sensitive information with discretion and comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive and collaborative approach will be key, as will your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
