This is a fantastic new job opportunity to work for a thriving business who due to an upcoming project need additional support within their HR Department. This will be a busy role providing admin / hr admin support to a HR Manager.

100% office based NOT hybrid.

Your new role

This will be busy role reporting to the HR Manager who need additional temp support to support with project between September 2024 - December 2024.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience within HR Support/ HR Administration.
The purpose of the role will be to provide support with a HR Audit particularly around compliance and RTW checks. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this upon application. Duties of the role will include;

- Completing compliance administration tasks for the HR Department, working through a backlog of checks
- Managing Excel spreadsheets and other systems to complete employee compliance checks
- Reporting on compliance admin
- Making sure all employee compliance checks show the correct Right To Work ( RTW) information and relevant employee files and checks
- Responsible for identifying missing/ incomplete RTW check information and reporting to HR
- Obtaining and recording RTW check information
- Use of various systems including Success Factors, MS Office an Excel ( a good working knowledge needed)

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will ideally have a good working knowledge of RTW compliance and previous HR Admin / HR Assistant experience.The successful applicant will have good / intermediate Excel skills and experience

The successful applicant needs to be available to start work in September and live locally to the Dronfield area as this role is 100% office based.
