What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in HR and Learning & Development
- Strong administrative experience within a busy environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, solutions focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
