We are recruiting experienced HR Advisors to support a major organisational change programme across multiple schools. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone confident managing complex change activity from consultation through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a wide range of change and transformation projects.
  • Participate in interviews, consultations, and provide HR guidance to senior leaders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including School Leads, to deliver consistent HR support.
  • Advise on employment law, including restructures, redundancies and consultation processes.
  • Contribute to OD activity, from planning through to delivery, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Liaise with trade unions where required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in HR change, transformation, and employee relations.
  • Confident working in a fast‑moving environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
  • Skilled communicator, able to support managers sensitively through change.
  • Experience working with trade unions is beneficial.
