We are recruiting experienced HR Advisors to support a major organisational change programme across multiple schools. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone confident managing complex change activity from consultation through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of change and transformation projects.
- Participate in interviews, consultations, and provide HR guidance to senior leaders.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including School Leads, to deliver consistent HR support.
- Advise on employment law, including restructures, redundancies and consultation processes.
- Contribute to OD activity, from planning through to delivery, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Liaise with trade unions where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in HR change, transformation, and employee relations.
- Confident working in a fast‑moving environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
- Skilled communicator, able to support managers sensitively through change.
- Experience working with trade unions is beneficial.
