Temporary HR Professional - Wakefield - £20-25 per hour
Hays HR are currently recruiting for a HR professional to join our client based in Wakefield on an ongoing temporary basis, delivering high-quality human resources services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a positive staff experience.
- Support recruitment, induction, and appraisal processes.
- Act as HR contact for multiple sites, providing guidance and solutions.
- Oversee absence management procedures.
- Support casework, training, and appraisal administration in line with company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and statistics, and contribute to HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within education or public sector settings.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
