Salary guide £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will provide expert HR advice and operational support across the business.The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate on application the skills and experience to complete the duties of the post, which will include;

• Advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters (inclusive of disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance)
• Supporting investigations and casework
• Maintaining accurate HR records
• Contributing to HR projects focused on engagement, including culture and process improvement.
• Supporting performance management processes and direct support to line managers

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and ideally a relevant degree.
• Proven experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced / growing organisation
• An excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.
