Your new company

This is a respected and well-established organisation within the healthcare sector, operating across multiple UK sites and known for its commitment to high standards, professional development, and employee wellbeing. With a strong operational footprint and a collaborative working culture, it offers HR professionals the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, values-led environment where people truly come first.

Your new role

This newly created, fully on-site HR role spans two locations, with travel expenses fully covered. Reporting into a People Business Partner and working in close partnership with directors and senior stakeholders, you’ll be the dedicated HR presence across both sites. The role is generalist in nature, with a strong focus on employee relations, engagement, EDI, and learning & development—both designing and delivering initiatives. You’ll also act as a key liaison with the payroll team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and driving forward ER cases, including investigations, absence and performance
  • Advising managers on employment law and HR best practice
  • Delivering L&D and engagement initiatives across both sites
  • Supporting payroll queries and acting as a mediator with the central team
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders including Directors, SMT, FD, Ops Director and Department Heads

What you'll need to succeed

  • You’ll be CIPD Level 3 qualified with solid experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to manage complex ER cases is essential.
  • You’ll need to be able to hit the ground running, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

  • Competitive Salary
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • Online GP access
  • Car leasing programme
  • Life assurance
  • Choice of standard or enhanced pension
  • Gym discounts
  • Blue Light Card for retail and leisure discounts
