HR Advisor - 12 Month FTC

You’ll be joining a growing, private equity-backed organisation with a collaborative and people-focused culture. The business operates internationally, with around 100 employees in the UK and a small team overseas.
Your new role
We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR generalist to join a collaborative People Team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, operational role supporting the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS and reporting tools
- A proactive, adaptable, and people-first approach
