HR Advisor – Public Sector | Oxford (Hybrid)
I'm currently working with a valued Public Sector client to recruit 3 permanent HR Advisors to join their current team.

Your New Role

As an HR Advisor, you'll manage a broad range of employee relations cases including:

• Disciplinary & grievance
• Absence & performance management
• Conduct issues

You'll provide consistent, compliant, and timely advice to managers, helping build their confidence in handling people matters. You’ll also contribute to organisational change processes.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven experience in managing ER casework
Exposure to change management processes
Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law
