Your new role

• Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Producing HR reports and developing new in-house processes within the HRIS.
• Supporting the HR/Talent team with administration of the company ATS and the recruitment process.
• Full employee life cycle
• Conducting and overseeing the induction and onboarding process, including all relevant documentation.
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives such as engagement activities, wellbeing programmes, and diversity and inclusion work.
• Ensuring all employee records are managed in line with GDPR and internal confidentiality requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Level 3 qualified.
• A minimum of 12 months’ HR experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment across various stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Some exposure to employee relations.
• Located within a commutable distance of Braintree.
