HR Advisor Bradford Up to £40K plus study support
Hays HR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for a manufacturing company in Bradford.
You will operate as an HR expert, providing professional advice, guidance, and support to managers and staff across a broad range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.
- Support managers in handling complex casework including performance management, attendance, and employee relations.
- Deliver key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to support benchmarking and inform the development of HR strategies and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation and alignment with organisational goals.
- Support the development and implementation of pay and reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Support with writing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting initial interviews.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- CIPD L3 qualification essential.
- Ability to work onsite in Bradford.
