Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for HR queries and employee relations
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Monitor statutory training and support L&D initiatives
- Liaise with payroll and ensure accurate monthly submissions
- Hands-on involvement in HR projects across Reward, Performance Management and L&D
- Development and advancement of the HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
•HR generalist experience, ideally in hospitality or a customer-facing environment
•Strong knowledge of UK employment law
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
•Strong experience with HR systems
