Your new role

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting complex change programmes, including restructures, redeployment, TUPE transfers, and large-scale workforce transitions. You will work closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders such as the NHS, MRC, and AstraZeneca to ensure HR strategies align with institutional goals and regulatory frameworks.

You will be CIPD-qualified and bring extensive experience in HR business partnering, ideally within higher education or clinical settings. You’ll be a trusted advisor with a proven ability to deliver effective, inclusive, and compliant HR solutions. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to your success in this role.
