A newly created role for this leading asset management company

Your new company

Our client is an established global asset management firm looking for an HR Advisor for this newly created role to start in January.

Your new role

As an HR advisor, your responsibilities will include various elements of the HR cycle, such as employee relations, L&D, recruitment, HR reporting and compensation analysis. This role will be ongoing for 12 months.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be an experienced HR professional, ideally with asset management/ financial services experience. You'll have a solid understanding of employee relations, having taken part in meetings and advising managers on best practice. Additionally, you'll have experience in recruitment and other general HR duties.

What you'll get in return

Due to new developments internally, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in various HR Projects that cover EVP, succession planning and global transformations.
