An exciting opportunity to work for this well-known financial services institution

Your new company

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for this newly created role starting in January for an established global asset management firm.

Your new role

As an HR advisor, your responsibilities will include various elements of the HR cycle, such as HR reporting, liaising with stakeholders at various levels and compensation analysis. Additionally, this role will have a strong Employee Relations element, so your experience of this is essential. This role will be ongoing for 12 months.

Day rate between £250 - £280.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, having worked within Financial Services (or a similar industry), you'll have a solid understanding of employee relations, having taken part in meetings and advised managers on best practice. Additionally, you'll have experience in recruitment and other general HR duties. If you have used data analytics in your HR career, then this will be an added bonus.

What you'll get in return

You'll have the opportunity to work for a well-known financial services institution as well as be involved in various HR Projects that cover EVP, succession planning and global transformations.
