HR Administrator - Part Time
12 Month Fixed Term ContractImmediate Start
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 17:00pm
Full-time equivalent salary £26,000. This will be pro rata
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate recruitment processes by conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
