HR Administrator - Part-Time - £24 hours p/w

HR Administrator - Part Time

12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Immediate Start
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 17:00pm
Full-time equivalent salary £26,000. This will be pro rata


Your new role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes by conducting reference checks.
  • Support onboarding and off boarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
