HR Administrator Mansfield Temp min 2 months 37 hours a week

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to support an HR team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in delivering professional HR administrative service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be involved in administration of the full employment lifecycle.


Your new role

You will prepare interview packs, correspond with applicants, issue offer letters and contracts, process leavers and employment changes and maintain the central database.
Support the recruitment lead
Monitor inboxes
Provide ad-hoc admin support

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience in administration and exceptional attention to detail. Payroll and data reporting experience is also ideal.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to engage at all levels.
A working knowledge of itrent is required.


What you'll get in return

This is a temp role.
Immediate start required
37 hours a week – Mon-Fri
£25,000
