Permanent HR Administrator, Insurance Business, 27K plus benefits

Your new company

A leading independent insurance broker is looking for an HR Administrator to join their business. Sitting within an HR team of 3 and managing an employee headcount of 200, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing HR administration support to the business including drafting offer letters, contracts and being a point of contact for HR queries.
  • Supporting with the recruitment process, overseeing job descriptions and organising any interviews.
  • Reporting on absence including sickness, maternity/paternity.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, keeping track of probation and leading any probation reviews.
  • Assist with TUPE processes and be a point of contact for employees during their exams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as an HR administrator, with CIPD is ideal.

  • Understanding of the generalist employee lifecycle with great attention to detail.

  • The ability to travel to regional offices on an ad-hoc basis (Essex).
