Your new company
A leading independent insurance broker is looking for an HR Administrator to join their business. Sitting within an HR team of 3 and managing an employee headcount of 200, you will be responsible for:
- Providing HR administration support to the business including drafting offer letters, contracts and being a point of contact for HR queries.
- Supporting with the recruitment process, overseeing job descriptions and organising any interviews.
- Reporting on absence including sickness, maternity/paternity.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, keeping track of probation and leading any probation reviews.
- Assist with TUPE processes and be a point of contact for employees during their exams.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as an HR administrator, with CIPD is ideal.
Understanding of the generalist employee lifecycle with great attention to detail.
The ability to travel to regional offices on an ad-hoc basis (Essex).
