Temporary HR Administrator | 3–6 months | Liverpool
Your new company
I am currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing client who is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support a busy HR function during a period of growth and transition.
Your new role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR activities
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files
- Support payroll processing and absence management
- Prepare reports and assist with compliance and audit requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
