HR Administrator | Recruitment Support | Temporary role

I am looking to recruit a HR Administrator to support a client on a temporary basis for 3–4 months. This is a hybrid position in Leeds.
This is to play a key role in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Administering offers and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Supporting hiring managers and HR colleagues with Workday processes
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new starters

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience using Workday (or similar HR systems)
  • Strong administrative skills, particularly around offers and contracts
  • A confident communicator who enjoys candidate interaction
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment
