HR Administrator 
I am working with a client who is seeking an HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, in a hybrid role in Huddersfield. What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the backbone of our HR operations—supporting with filing, return-to-work documentation, new hire paperwork, reference checks, and keeping trackers up to date.
- Act as the go-to link between employees and management, ensuring queries reach the right team members quickly.
- Keep things running smoothly with general admin tasks that make a big difference.
- Use your Microsoft Office skills to manage documentation and communication like a pro.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous HR experience? Great! If not, a strong admin background works too.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be preferable.
- A keen eye for detail and the confidence to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Solid MS Office skills—Word, Excel, Outlook.

- Ability to manage your time and work independently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft applications to keep everything organised.
