A well-established organisation in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team.

Your new role

As HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the HR function—supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist with employee queries and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in applying, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
