Be part of a people-first team where your work truly makes an impact.

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle—delivering a seamless experience from onboarding through to offboarding, while supporting a range of HR activities and projects.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong eye for detail, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle by preparing contracts, offer letters, contract changes and leaver documentation
  • Owning onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, referencing, induction coordination, and IT/equipment set-up
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems and personnel files, ensuring full GDPR compliance
  • Working closely with payroll to process starters, leavers, and changes, and supporting monthly payroll checks
  • Monitoring absence, holiday and sickness records, flagging trends or concerns to the Head of HR
  • Coordinating probation review timelines and ensuring outcomes are recorded effectively
  • Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, and ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting recruitment activity, including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Assisting with reporting, organisation charts, and preparation of people data for leadership teams
  • Getting involved in HR projects, including integration and process improvement initiatives
  • Handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
What we’re looking for
  • A proactive and organised administrator with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Previous HR administration experience (desirable but not essential)
Why join us?
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive HR team
  • Gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities and projects
  • Opportunities to develop and grow your HR career
  • A role where your contribution genuinely supports people and business success
