  • Handling general HR administration tasks
  • Data entry and updating HR systems accurately
  • Scheduling onboarding sessions and coordinating induction activities
  • Providing pre ‑ employment support, including reference checks and right ‑ to ‑ work documentation
  • Maintaining organised HR records and ensuring confidentiality standards are always met
  • Supporting the wider HR team on ad ‑ hoc administrative tasks as required

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy HR function within a fast ‑ moving environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring strong administrative capability and the ability to work with accuracy in a fast ‑ paced environment. You should have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and HR systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
