Your role will be diverse, with no two days being the same, and the work you complete plays an integral role in the success of the business. The role of HR Administrator provides administrative support to employees, working in close partnership with other members of the HR team. Typical duties will include supporting employee record management, supporting with recruitment processes and procedures, administrating benefits and payroll services along with other HR administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced HR Administrator who has worked in a similar role previously and is keen to pursue further career development within HR. Our client is seeking to hire an engaging and organised individual, who has experience of working within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, first class stakeholder engagement skills and be able to learn new software systems effectively.
