You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive manufacturing business unit that values its people and is committed to helping them grow. The team works closely together to deliver high-quality HR services and staff development programmes, all while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice.
Your new role
Other duties and responsibilities will include -
. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy
. Supporting the employee lifecycle in all aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, contract changes and leavers
. Monitor, manage HR inbox, responding to all enquiries.
. Planning, Coordination and implementation of internal and external training courses for both People and Culture and Health and Safety
9am-5pm Monday–Friday
Based on site FULL TIME
37.5 Hours P/W
What you'll need to succeed
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
. Confident using Microsoft Office
. Comfortable communicating with people at all levels in and outside the business
. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is ideal.
. Experience using HR systems such as Oracle and Kelio is desirable.
