Are you passionate about supporting people to sustain their tenancies and thrive in their communities? We are seeking a dedicated Housing Sustainment Advisor to join our team and help deliver an excellent Intensive Housing Management (IHM) service.

Your new role

33.75 hours weekly on a rolling 4 week rota, one weekend in 4

• Provide tailored support to residents to help them maintain their tenancies and achieve positive outcomes.
• Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to a diverse range of individuals.
• Assist with tenancy management, including rent collection, property inspections, and addressing tenancy breaches.
• Signpost and refer customers to relevant support services as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
