Your new role

As a Housing Support Worker, you’ll provide direct, person-centred support to individuals across Leamington Spa or Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll act as a keyworker, helping people to develop life skills, maintain tenancies, and access essential services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering one-to-one support in homes, hubs, and the community
  • Coordinating support plans and liaising with external agencies
  • Supporting with budgeting, benefits, and appointments
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and recovery
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to service development
This is a mobile role requiring travel across the region, with an office base and occasional home working by agreement.


What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible, empathetic, and proactive approach
  • Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn
  • A commitment to equality, diversity, and continuous development
An NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in a social care field is desirable but not essential.
