• Manage a caseload of clients, delivering person-centred support plans.
• Assist customers in securing and sustaining tenancies, ensuring compliance with tenancy agreements.
• Provide practical advice on budgeting, benefits, and accessing community resources.
• Work collaboratively with external agencies, including mental health services, substance misuse teams, and housing providers.
• Conduct regular home visits and welfare checks to monitor progress and address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and safeguarding concerns in accordance with policy.

• Proven experience in tenancy sustainment and housing support.
• Strong understanding of issues related to homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
• Enhanced DBS check (required).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
