Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Housing Management, you will be responsible for delivering a range of generic frontline housing management and customer services in accordance with the Association's policies and procedures including:

A minimum of 2 years' previous relevant experience in Social Housing delivering a customer focused service.
Working knowledge of the MS Office suite computer applications, in particular Word and Excel
