Housing Officer - Liverpool - Up to £23ph

We are looking to recruit a Housing Officer in Liverpool on a temporary basis for a minimum of 8 weeks, starting ASAP and hourly rates up to £23ph. This is a 35 hour per week role with hybrid working.

Your new role

  • Providing housing, tenancy and estate management across patch of 400+ properties

  • Sign-ups, viewings, exchanges, tenancy audits/reviews

  • Managing low level ASB/arrears

  • Ensuring a quick turnaround on void properties to maximise income

  • Signposting customers at low to medium risk of tenancy failure to external support agencies as appropriate

  • Responding to enquiries from local MP's and Counsellors

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, arranging access for Gas Safety Certs to be completed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of providing housing, tenancy and estate management across patches of 300+ properties

  • Experience of managing caseloads of low level ASB and rent arrears

  • Experience of carrying out viewings, sign-ups and managing mutual exchanges

  • Driving licence with access to own vehicle and valid business insurance
