Your new company

A well-established Housing Association based in Glasgow is currently seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary contract.
This is a great opportunity for a housing professional to support a busy patch, delivering a high-quality tenancy management service within a community-focused organisation.


Your new role

  • Manage a designated housing patch, delivering a comprehensive tenancy management service
  • Handle rent arrears, including monitoring accounts and taking appropriate recovery action
  • Manage anti-social behaviour cases, carrying out investigations and working with partner agencies
  • Conduct tenancy sign-ups, terminations, succession cases, and permission to reside applications
  • Carry out estate management duties, including inspections and engagement with residents
  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints effectively
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support tenancy sustainment
  • Promote a high standard of customer service and community engagement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role (ideally within a Housing Association)
  • Strong knowledge of tenancy management, arrears recovery, and ASB processes
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
