We are now recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join the team at a well-known housing association, covering the east end of Glasgow area. This is a
Temporary position, for a minimum term of 3 months. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £24.50 an hour, and this is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week.

Your new role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services, supporting tenants, managing tenancies, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.

• Manage rent collection, arrears, voids, allocations & ASB
• Support tenancy sustainment & estate management
• Liaise with tenants & external partners
• Maintain accurate records & ensure compliance
