Housing Officer Temporary 6 weeks+ Edinburgh

This social housing provider is a reputable housing association based in Edinburgh, committed to providing quality housing solutions.
With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Housing Management team.

Your new role

  • You will play a pivotal role within the Housing Association, providing essential housing management services to a diverse customer base across your designated area. Your efforts will ensure positive outcomes for tenants and deliver an outstanding customer experience through various multichannel options.
  • Comprehensive Landlord Services: Manage a wide array of landlord services, including:
  • Estate and neighbourhood management
  • Tenancy enforcement activities
  • Income management
  • Customer engagement initiatives
  • Lettings and void management
  • Assisting with rent arrears

What you'll need to succeed

  • Housing Experience - Housing Officer or Housing Assistant level

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commitment to High-Quality Customer Service: Demonstrated evidence of, and dedication to, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Support for Diverse Needs: Experience of working with individuals with varying needs, providing them with guidance and support
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of housing, reactive maintenance, and support services, along with an understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework and associated requirements.

What you'll get in return
