Your new role

• Conducting housing application assessments and making decisions in compliance with relevant legislation.
• Managing the shortlisting, allocation, and matching of properties using BCC’s lettings system.
• Supporting the monitoring of nomination acceptances and refusals, ensuring agreements are administered according to terms.
• Offering clear, accurate guidance on the housing registration process and allocation scheme.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid grasp of housing legislation and the workings of allocation schemes, as these form the foundation of the service you’ll be delivering.
