Location: Manor Row, Bradford Salary: £41,484.28 + £2,000 essential car allowance
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: 12-month fixed term

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Housing Manager to lead a passionate frontline team and deliver exceptional housing and estate services across our neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Managing a team of Neighbourhood Officers, a Senior Estate Officer, and a Customer Involvement & Engagement Officer.
  • Overseeing tenancy and estate management, allocations, and anti-social behaviour casework — including complex cases.
  • Driving performance through coaching, 1:1s, and clear targets.
  • Championing resident engagement, supporting scrutiny panels, and ensuring inclusive involvement from all communities.
  • Reviewing service standards, resolving complaints, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, health & safety, and equality legislation.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in housing management, including tenancy enforcement and ASB.
  • Strong communication skills — confident with reports, presentations, and sensitive conversations.
  • Experience in resident involvement and partnership working with local authorities.
  • Comfortable working on-patch and using housing systems and Microsoft Office.
  • HND-level education or equivalent experience (CIH Level 4 qualification desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to an insured vehicle.
