Your new role

This housing litigation solicitor role will see you undertake an interesting mix of work. Acting for registered providers and local authorities, the work will include possession proceedings, sub-letting issues, as well as trespass and succession matters. You will handle injunctions against tenants, and provide advice in respect of shared ownership/leaseholders. In addition, you will provide advice on tenancy management, assignment, public law as well as advice in respect of the Equality Act.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a housing litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to 5 years' pqe. The firm is keen to hear from lawyers who have experience of advising registered providers and local authorities.
