Your new role

This housing litigation solicitor role will see you handle a varied range of work. Acting for clients that include both Local Authorities and Housing Associations, you will advise on anti-social behaviour matters, tenancy breaches, possession and injunction applications and defend housing disrepair claims. You will also advise on exchange and assignment issues.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a housing litigation lawyer with 1 to 6 years' pqe. With well rounded technical experience, you should be a team player with good communication skills.
