This Manchester law firm has an impressive housing litigation team.

Your new role

This housing litigation lawyer role will see you act for landlords on a broad range of housing litigation matters. This will include defending disrepair claims, securing and defending anti-social behaviour injunctions, prosecuting under the Environmental Protection Act, handling possession claims, including Equality Act and mental capacity defences, resolving residential leasehold and shared ownership disputes, providing housing management advice, carrying out policy reviews, and delivering legislative updates. The firm has a well established roster of clients and you can look forward to working with colleagues across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a housing litigation lawyer with 1-5 years' pqe. With well rounded housing litigation experience, you will have strong client care skills.
