Your new firm
Our client is a leading UK law firm with a strong national presence and a growing reputation in housing, local government, and health and social care. Consistently ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 and recognised as one of The Times Best Law Firms, the firm is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and ambitious growth plans. With sustained revenue and profit growth, they continue to invest in their people and offer a supportive, inclusive environment with flexible working and comprehensive benefits.
Your new role
There are multiple opportunities within the Housing Management team – from newly-qualified Solicitor to Associate and Senior Associate. This is an exciting chance to join one of the largest housing management practices in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities.

This is an exciting chance to join one of the largest housing management practices in the country, advising a wide range of clients including housing associations, local authorities, care providers, and charities.
The role will have a strong focus on housing disrepair claims, alongside other housing management and property-related disputes. You will be involved in possession and injunction claims, breach of tenancy matters, and cases involving the Equality Act and Mental Capacity Act. You will also advise on leasehold management and service charge disputes. For more senior roles, there may be opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and support business development initiatives.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have strong litigation experience, ideally within property disputes, and excellent drafting skills combined with commercial awareness. The ability to manage your own caseload and meet client expectations is essential. While experience in housing management is desirable, it is not essential, and candidates with a background in property litigation will be considered. You should be confident working directly with clients and have a proactive, client-focused approach.
