Your new role
As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing the housing development pipeline. You will lead on-site appraisals, feasibility studies, development strategy and commercial negotiations. You will manage projects from inception through to delivery, working with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to ensure that schemes are viable and and deliverable.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a commercially astute, qualified development professional with a strong track record working across either private or private and public sectors. You will bring forward deep expertise in property development, regeneration, or strategic land.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an initial six-month contract which is highly likely to extend beyond this point, alongside a competitive daily rate of between £350 - £400 per day.
