Compliance Coordinator - Electrical/Lifts - Temp - Manchester

We are recruiting for the role of Compliance Coordinator within a housing association in Manchester, on a temp basis of 8 weeks with possible extension and the opportunity to apply for the permanent vacancy.

This role will focus on electrical/lifts compliance in domestic and communal areas, and will be part of the wider compliance team.

A hybrid working model is in place. Working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.


Your new role

  • Managing the flow of electrical and lift certification, ensuring all documents are received, checked, logged and processed accurately.
  • Updating compliance systems, maintaining data integrity and supporting migration into a new asset/compliance platform.
  • Monitoring programme progress, highlighting gaps, overdue actions or risks.
  • Liaising with contractors, both internal and external.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in a compliance, repairs or property services environment, ideally with electrical or lift programmes.
  • Strong understanding of EICR testing cycles, certification types, remedial categorisation, and job closure requirements.
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with large volumes of data across multiple systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, track actions, and keep programmes on schedule.
