A well-established housing association in Dundee is seeking an experienced Housing Assistant for an initial 3-month assignment. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a busy team supporting tenants and delivering essential housing services.

Your new role

• Act as the first point of contact for tenant and resident enquiries.
• Support housing officers with tenancy management and estate inspections.
• Assist with processing repairs, maintenance requests, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and update housing systems.
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Contribute to community engagement and resident satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous housing assistant or management experience

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management (advantageous).
• Commitment to equality, inclusion, and excellent service delivery.
