A well‑established housing organisation based in Cumbernauld is looking for an experienced Housing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As a Housing Administrator, you will support the housing team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, tenant enquiries, documentation management and general office duties. You will be responsible for updating internal systems, preparing correspondence, processing applications and assisting with front‑facing customer service. This is a fully office‑based role, working 5 days per week. This position is offered on a temporary PAYE basis, paying £15.13 per hour.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience, ideally within housing, property, local authority or a similar customer‑focused environment
- Strong IT skills, including confident use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A professional and approachable manner when dealing with tenants and colleagues
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office setting, 5 days per week
