We are working with a large, well-established four-form-entry primary school in South Bristol seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on experience)
- Lead whole-class teaching in the absence of the teacher
- Provide targeted group and 1:1 support to raise attainment
- Assist with planning and assessment under teacher guidance
- Contribute to a positive, engaging, and well-managed learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, SENCO, and senior leaders
What We’re Looking For
- HLTA status (or equivalent)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience across primary key stages (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
- A confident, proactive, and flexible approach
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-form-entry setting
