What you'll need to succeed

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Classroom experience in a primary setting
• Proven experience working within KS2
• Confidence in delivering whole class lessons independently
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different classes
• Sound understanding of safeguarding and school procedures
