Are you a confident and skilled HLTA ready to take the next step in your education career? We are looking for enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join vibrant and welcoming schools across Northampton, supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and age groups.

As a HLTA, you will:
• Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher, following planned lessons
• Support pupils in small groups and one-to-one to reinforce learning and boost progress
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and contribute to assessment
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment

What you'll need to succeed:
• HLTA status or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a classroom setting, ideally across multiple year groups
• Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning
