Your new role

You will be required to provide support and assistance to pupils, whether it be in a group or 1:1 setting, as well as supporting the class teacher across both KS3 and KS4 year groups. You will need to have the ability to adapt to work with pupils of all abilities.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you will need to be a HLTA and have experience working with children in the UK within the past two years. You will be supported in these roles by the school and your dedicated Hays consultant.
