This role involves working across KS1 and KS2, delivering high-quality learning support and leading whole-class sessions when required. Experience in both mainstream classrooms and resource provision is highly desirable, as you will support children with a range of needs.

- Have experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school setting.
- Be confident in leading whole-class teaching and supporting small groups.
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND in both mainstream and resource provision settings.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to helping every child succeed.
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
