Hays Education is working in partnership with a unique specialist setting in Bury to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will support the delivery of lessons for students aged 11–19 who are receiving inpatient care in CAMHS units. You’ll cover lessons, contribute to planning and assessment, and work closely with clinical teams - but without the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers seeking a more balanced role or HLTA professionals ready to deepen their impact.

• Experience supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or trauma

• Experience in CAMHS, PRUs, or hospital education settings is desirable but not essential. Full induction and ongoing training will be provided.
